New meeting day and deadlines in 2021

As of 2021, the committee will meet once every 4 weeks on Monday (instead of Thursday).

The deadline will be at 08.00 hours on Monday one week before the meeting. These changes aim to facilitate a shorter timespan between the time the application is received and the outcome of the committee meeting.
